Qualifications
A qualified and dedicated Life & Career Coach with a Diploma with merit in Careers Guidance and a QCG (Qualification in Careers Guidance) awarded by the ICG. An Open University Graduate with BSc (Honours) in the Social Science's. Additional awards include a certificate in Life Coaching and a certificate in Person Centered Counselling. A member of the ICG which is the UK's professional membership association for all working in careers education, information, advice and guidance.

Open University Aimhigher mentor - Delivered a wide range of activities to engage and motivate learners who have the potential to enter higher education, but may be under-achieving, undecided or lacking in confidence. The Aimhigher programme particularly focuses on children from schools from lower socio-economic groups and those from disadvantaged backgrounds who live in areas of relative deprivation where participation in higher education is low.

Hobbies
In my spare time I love to travel and have travelled around the world on 3 occasions. Traveling the world has enabled me to see the bigger picture in life and to gain wisdom from meeting spiritual leaders like the dalai lama and Papaji of Lucknow. I have been privileged to see how other cultures live their lives and make sense of who they are, this has helped me to discover many things about myself. I now use this wisdom and these positive experiences together with my coaching skills and knowledge to coach individuals through changes in their life & Career.
